1 Week Low Carb Menu and Grocery List

Instead of emailing everyone individually, I have decided to post the sample 1 week low carb menu here on my blog.  I want everyone to be successful on this high fat and low carb way of eating.  This is why I started this blog, to be help others.  As a mom and Registered Nurse, it’s in my nature to help.  Remember that your calorie requirements might be different than mine.  Being 5’7″ and an active Registered Nurse, I try to stay within 1500 to 1700 calories a day.  This many calories makes me feel full!  In addition to sticking to a menu like this, I drink plenty of water.  I use grapefruit essential oil to help suppress my appetite.  (Contact me if you have any questions about essential oils.)

So click on the links below for the menu/grocery list.  I have also included some of my recipes.  Nothing fancy, just plain simple recipes that a busy working mom can make.
